- Leverage and reuse existing investment in Microsoft Technologies and content.

- Establish AS-IS and evolve the TO-BE architecture (baselines) within the same Repository.
- Provide multiple views, entry points, and user perspectives.
- Perform impact analysis and advanced search on information (including metadata) in the artifact library
- Generate HTML Portals for stakeholders and collect feedback online
- Import artifacts from a wide variety of external data sources and tools
