We are in the middle of upgrading Sharepoint 2003 to MOSS 2007. In Sharepoint 2003 we were not able to make the search work properly. One of the issues during the upgrade is getting the search features working. Also an issue is selecting the proper MOSS 2007 license (standard or enterprise) due to the limits in the number of documents that can be indexed.
